Well I’ve left it a little later than usual this year to get my seed order in. I’ve usually done this by then end of the first week in January. I’ve been busy with a few building projects around Smithy Brook so I’ve kept putting it off. Predictably some of my usual favourite seed varieties have sold out but I’m more than happy with the substitutes I’ve found.
48 items in my Thompson and Morgan website basket came to just under £200.00. With a few member discounts added it’s down to £163.00. Not bad for the bounty of veg and salads we should achieve over the summer with this lot.
Now for the real work – they’ll start arriving over the next few days so it will be time to get my hands dirty!
